Potpourri

While being interviewed by Access Hollywood, Debbie Phelps (mother of Olympic God, Michael Phelps) let it be known in a very "to the point" way as to who she didn't want her son to hang out with.
Apparently Lindsay Lohan was watching the interview and texted the interviewer a message which read "Michael Phelps is f$#$ing awesome. I want to meet him." The interviewer (Randy Bush?) immediately showed the message to Ms. Phelps. What once had been a jovial face turned into one of horror. Ms. Phelps then replied:

"Ok, Lindsay!!! -- Delete! Delete! Delete!"

For all the Dems and Libs out there that get their thongs all in a bunch over the phrases "the Messiah", "the Chosen One", and "the Annointed One" being applied to President-elect Barack Obama, you can un-cringe your butt now.

Over the weekend, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi said this of her Presidential nominee: "...a leader that God has blessed us with at this time."

There you have it. God has blessed us with Barack Obama.
